We found out yesterday that my HCG level dropped to a 7 since Tuesday so we are miscarrying again. I talked to Dr. D about our future options and what we can do next time to hopefully conceive. Please pray for Ryan and I to be guided by God to the right decision for us and Him. We are looking at insemination which Dr. D says will give us MUCH higher chances of a successful pregnancy.
I have felt at peace majority of yesterday since I was able to talk to him without the tears. He answered a lot of my questions and I feel very confident. For now we are holding off and letting my body come back to me for a little bit without taking so many hormones and pills and shots and blood draws. I am tired of needles! :) God has really put my heart at ease and I am feeling so much better. Cadence and Ryan have been amazing supporters as well as our friends and family. We thank you all and praise God for all He has done in our lives. I know our sweet baby is up in heaven now being held by my Pappy, Grandma Round, PaPa Round, and Ryan's grandmother and grandfather Campise. They are in amazing hands! :) We love you all and thank you again for all your support and prayers.

Hi Christy, I found your blog through Kim and wanted to say that I am sorry you guys are having to go through all this. You may already know this or have suspected it, but I know first hand how difficult it is. I've been through the inseminations, miscarriages etc. If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Also, I am so proud of you for trying to remain positive and strong. It sounds like you have a very strong relationship with the Lord and that is awesome. Hang in there! I'll be thinking of you and praying for you.
ReplyDeleteHey Amy, thank you for the sweet words. This is unfortunately our third miscarriage. We have been going to a fertility doc since February and the first round of clomid caused two cysts on my left ovary. We were finally able to do the second round in May and we found out we were pregnant on Tuesday but in the same phone call he said I was miscarrying as well. My levels never got higher than a 15 that we are aware of. It has been difficult to handle but I just know that God has a plan for us. At least we were able to get pregnant. Now we just need a healthy egg and we will be all good. :) I am so glad you found me! How are your precious angels doing? I saw their 1 year pics on Jill's website and they are PRECIOUS! Would love to be added to your blog so I can see those sweet angels. Take care and maybe I can finally meet them this trip when we come in next week. :)
